Root cause
-> Dream11 classifies Hardik, Santner, Shardul, Stoinis, Jansen as AR -- not BOWL. BOWL=3+AR=3 actually means 6 players bowling.
-> Premium bowlers are credit-heavy: Bumrah(10cr)+Arshdeep(9.5cr)+Boult(9cr) = 28.5cr just for 3 bowlers.
-> FLAT pitch at Wankhede pushes batting PEFP higher, so the ILP naturally loads batters over bowlers.
The fix in M24
-> 20 of 40 teams now use BOWL=4 -- one budget bowler added (Bartlett 7.5cr or Viyaskanth 7.0cr).
-> Viyaskanth at 7cr saves 2.5cr vs Arshdeep and still bowls 4 overs at Wankhede.
-> BOWL=4 teams get the amber badge. They have higher ceiling if 2 budget bowlers take wickets.
