CricketMind AI (“the Service”) is a mobile application that provides AI-powered cricket intelligence, including natural language search across cricket data, head-to-head rivalry analysis, and AI-powered fantasy cricket recommendations. The Service is built on ball-by-ball delivery data sourced from publicly available cricket records.

To use CricketMind, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying algorithms or data
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download data from the Service
• Redistribute or commercially resell data obtained from the Service without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

CricketMind is free to use. All features are available to every user at no cost, with no subscriptions or paywalls.

The Service is supported by advertisements. Ads are displayed within the app in a non-intrusive manner. We may also partner with fantasy cricket platforms and cricket-related brands.

We reserve the right to introduce optional premium features or services in the future. Any such changes will be communicated in advance.

While we strive for accuracy, CricketMind provides data and analysis on an “as is” basis. Cricket statistics are derived from publicly available ball-by-ball data and processed by AI models. We do not guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free. Results should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial decisions, including fantasy cricket selections.

The CricketMind name, logo, design, and AI engine are the intellectual property of CricketMind AI. The underlying cricket data is sourced from Cricsheet and is used under their open data license. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service, including shared stat cards.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CricketMind AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
